We regret to inform our customers and stakeholders that Divi Labs And Technologies, S.A. will discontinue its business from September 20th, 2024.
This was an incredibly challenging decision. After months of grappling with external financial pressures, our creditors have prevented us from continuing operations.
Over the past several weeks, the staff, management, and owners of the Company, along with members of the Divi blockchain community, have been discussing possible ways to transition services and technology. These discussions will continue. Effective 9/15/2024, all customer Billings for services have been suspended. As certain third-party services are terminated, mobile wallet users and desktop users may experience a partial or complete loss of service. Divi Labs encourages all customers to read and follow the DAO’s guidance and instructions.
The Company will novate some assets and contracts to the DAO, which is best suited to take the brand forward.
We are so thankful to the community that has accompanied the Company along this journey and shared vision, sustaining us through many crypto winters. We have lasted longer than many, but ultimately, we must close our doors. Our shared vision will always be a part of our legacy.
